Rooms & Amenities
- Yes, there are several staircases that serve as emergency exits. For safety reasons, however, they can only be used from the inside – access to the rooms from the outside is not possible.
- Yes, each room, public areas and seminar rooms are airconditioned.
- There are four lifts in total – two of them reach the 5th floor and two of them go all the way up to the 14th floor.
- Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. No password required – just connect, and a login page will appear where you can simply click “Log In.”
- Yes, each room is provided with a kettle, as well tea and coffee.
- Our kettles are located in drawers inside the room. Please carefully pull them out all the way to activate the electricity. Should it still not work regardless, our reception staff is more than happy to assist you further.
- Our Standard room categories Perun and Styles are equipped with a fridge without drinks. In our higher room categories Tower and Pannonia, the fridge is stocked with complimentary soft drinks. In addition, various minibar packages are available for purchase at the lobby bar or through the reception.
- Yes, our gym is equipped with all necessary machines and is open daily from 07:00 till 22:00.
- We have a small sauna which can be used daily. On cooler days it is. In the colder months, it switches on automatically in the afternoon. If it happens not to be on, just let the reception know – we’ll be happy to turn it on for you. The hotel does not have a pool, but nearby Lake Neusiedl, the Frauenkirchen thermal spa, and numerous outdoor pools in the region offer plenty of opportunities for swimming and relaxation in the summer.

Breakfast & Restaurant
- Our rich breakfast buffet is available from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 10:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 06:30 to 10:30.
- That depends on the booked rate. You can add breakfast when booking a room or add it directly at the hotel.
- Of course, those who are not overnight staying guests are also more than welcome to have breakfast in our hotel.
- Groups can either have breakfast together or individually. We suggest to get information on the most ideal group breakfast times from our front desk to avoid longer waits.
- Yes of course. On our breakfast buffet you may find a vegan corner, as well as on our restaurant menu, where vegan and vegetarian meals are listed. When hosting group buffets, we pay careful attention to offering a suitable variety and can provide entirely vegan or vegetarian menus if desired. We are pleased to customize the buffet for your group or event to meet your specific wishes.
- Absolutely our bar and restaurant are open daily (365 days) from 06:30 until min. 23:00, our warm kitchen is open until 22:00 – we are looking forward to your visit. Under the motto Locals meet the World,” we are especially pleased to welcome local guests to our breakfast buffet, bar, and restaurant.

- Yes, a spacious, complimentary parking lot is available around the hotel for all guests.
- Yes, you can park your car in our garage for an additional fee. We recommend pre-reservations.
- Yes, buses can park free of charge around the hotel.
- CCTV is in operation at all public areas around our hotel and our reception is occupied 24/7. Kindly note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for vehicles left in the parking area.
- Yes, our garage offers two e-charging stations. Usage is subject to a fee. In addition, the Designer Outlet provides numerous other charging stations with varying charging speeds.
- Of course, bikes can be stored safely in our garage free of charge.
- No, due to safety regulations, it is prohibited to charge or store your E-Bikes and/or E-Scooters in your room. Please use the designated parking and charging facilities at the hotel.
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Trains from Vienna Central Station run regularly to Parndorf. While the Designer Outlet is open, a shuttle bus (Line B10) runs directly from the station to the hotel. Parndorf station is approximately 1.8 km away and easily accessible by a safe bike and pedestrian path.
- The Vienna International Airport is 30 km away (20 minutes by car), while the Bratislava Airport is approximately 50 km away (about 35 minutes by car).
