7. Website Analytics & Cookies
To analyze, improve and tailor the structure and navigation of our website to your needs, we use analytics tools.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored on your computer — that enable analysis of website usage. Information collected via cookies is used to evaluate general website usage, compile reports on website activity and improve our website and related services.
The information generated by Google Analytics cookies — including the anonymized IP address — is transmitted to a Google Inc. server in the USA and stored there. Anonymization is achieved by removing the last eight bits of the IP address, making it impossible to assign the data to a specific IP address. This information may be transmitted to authorities or third parties if required by law or if such parties process the data on behalf of Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings. However, this may result in certain website functions no longer being fully available. By using our website, you consent to the use of Google Analytics. Further information can be found at:
http://www.google.at/intl/de/analytics
Google’s privacy policy: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy
Opt-out tool: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
We also use cookies to make our website as user-friendly as possible. Cookies are small text files stored on your device to recognize you when you revisit our website. Cookies may be persistent or session-based. We use two types of cookies:
- Essential cookies, required for basic website functionality
- Targeted cookies, which help optimize structure and navigation and improve service quality
In both cases, IP addresses are immediately shortened and anonymized. No personal data is collected, evaluated or linked to other personal data. You may prevent all cookies via browser settings; however, this may limit website functionality.
A general objection to online marketing cookies can be declared via:
http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or http://www.youronlinechoices.com/
Collected usage data is not passed on to third parties.
8. Logging of Email Traffic
To ensure adequate information and system security and to detect malware, we store log data relating to email traffic. When you send an email to one of our addresses, the following data is logged:
- Email and IP address of sender and recipient
- Number of recipients
- Subject
- Date and time of receipt
- File names and sizes of attachments
- Message size
- Spam risk classification
- Delivery status
Emails are initially checked automatically. Manual review by authorized personnel only occurs if there is suspicion of a security threat.
Personal data related to email communication is processed for the duration of business correspondence and beyond in accordance with statutory retention and documentation obligations.
9. Social Media
Our website integrates social media services via plug-ins, iFrames and services from social networks, currently Facebook.
Data transmission to these services is prevented as far as possible. Only when you actively click on a social media icon will your IP address and cookies be transmitted and the service informed that you visited our website. If you are logged into a social media account, this information may be linked to your user account.
We have no knowledge of or influence over how data is processed by these services. By activating a social media plug-in, you consent to the transmission of personal data to the selected service.

11. Transmission of Applicant Data
By submitting your application documents, you consent to the processing of personal data such as name, title, address, telephone number, date of birth, education, professional experience, salary expectations, and any data or images contained in cover letters, CVs, certificates or other documents for the purpose of processing your application.
If an employment contract is concluded, the data will be stored in compliance with legal requirements.
